Mercedes-Benz, the luxury automobile maker, has announced a partnership with Zoho for the launch of “SKYLine”, an end-to-end Dealer Management System (DMS).
SKYLine digitises the entire service life cycle from booking to delivery through real-time data integration, streamlined workflows, and unified backend operations which is built on Zoho CRM and implemented by Zoho’s Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) team.

From booking to vehicle delivery,the new platform digitises the entire service lifecycle- a connected experience for both dealers and customers. With centrally governed yet dealer-autonomous processes, SKYLine delivers a single, integrated platform across Mercedes-Benz India’s vast dealer network.
