Mercedes-Benz, the luxury automobile maker, has announced a partnership with Zoho for the launch of “SKYLine”, an end-to-end Dealer Management System (DMS).
SKYLine digitises the entire service life cycle from booking to delivery through real-time data integration, streamlined workflows, and unified backend operations which is built on Zoho CRM and implemented by Zoho’s Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) team.
