Nayyar’s Background
Gaurav Nayyar, who has served as boAt’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the past three years, brings over two decades of strategic and operational experience to his new role. Prior to joining boAt, Nayyar spent eight years as a partner at Bain & Company, where he honed his expertise in business strategy and operations.

Co-Founders Transition to Strategic Roles
As part of the leadership restructuring, Sameer Mehta, co-founder and CEO of Imagine Marketing, will transition to the role of Executive Director.
